THE REVITALISE CONSULTATION / WORKSHOP
This consultation is all about revitalising you, you and you. It starts with a reality check of your current life status and addressed how to reconnect with your authentic self.
Do you want to have more energy and feel more alive? Do you need more “you” time?
The consultation is the initial step to living a more balanced life. Together, we will identify, focus on and co-design your selfcare plan, with authentic personal goals. Your unique selfcare plan is your personal guide to revitalising you. In 90 minutes we will set you up for success in achieving a happier, healthier and more balanced you. You will feel relieved and surprised at your new outlook on life. One-to-one consultations or workshops are available.
Frequency: One-off consultation or extend to a 12 Week Program
Duration: 2 hours – including a coffee/tea break
The consultation provides:
an understanding of the importance of selfcare
determine your personal physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, relational and professional levels
a review of your current life balance
assistance in formulating your unique selfcare plan
identifying your selfcare goals
a plan with strategies to achieve your revitalisation
a confidential, relaxed and safe environment and
two hour (if outdoors) being connected to nature.
