Our modern lifestyle, with its lack of everyday physical activity and exercise training, predisposes people to chronic lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension, and coronary artery diseases. Increasing evidence highlights that accumulating sitting time in prolonged bouts is detrimental to your health. Before you change a behaviour it’s wise to look at what you are currently doing?
