The program is an instant activation to restoring your wellbeing, consisting of the first one-hour (plus) The Intenso Consultation and checking in five regular weekly 30 minute consultations. The weekly consultations are vital as they provide you with ongoing support, guidance, and motivation, which ensures sustainable lifestyle changes.
The Restore your Wellbeing Program allows a safe space to share your thoughts and feelings, with an integrative and holistic whole person approach. It addresses a snapshot of your current health, wellness, and mental wellbeing. Guidance, honestly and new perspective are applied. Powerful neuroscience, coaching psychology with motivation and behaviour changes, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and positive psychology techniques are utilised.
Being a mobile Health and Wellness Professional consultations are available either in person, by phone or online. For people that live locally there is the option of having consultations either; sitting in nature, walking, at the beach, in a quiet cafe, at your home or place of work. Alternatively I can fly to you, however this would incur additional costs for travelling.
